it is a chip or somthing. im really not looking for a lot of mods. just something to make the tranny shift harder. it seems to smoth or somthing it kind of glides into the next gear not shift. it says somrthing about its a simple 2 wire hook-up and takes 15 minutes. i paid 10.50 for it so if it doesnt do whatt i want i'll take it off.
