Well since Chris suggested the possibility of a local area meet, I thought I would post here to guage interest. I know there are a few new members here who are interested in a meet so let's see a show of hands and suggestions for a time and place. This will give us the opportunity to introduce everyone to the wonderfull world of VORTECH  .

Ok I see a lot of interest. Do we have any suggestions for a time and date?  The BBQ idea in London was good. We try that again before the season ends. What do you guys/girls think? Of course the BBQ would be locally at someones house.

I would suggest Oct 20th. All my weekends before that are filled with family wedding stuff.

Oct 20th may be a little late to do anything outdoors, but we can keep it in mind if we choose to go somewhere indoors. As well as the weather changes more and more of us will be parking the SVT's for the season.
What about this coming weekend at my place? I'm not sure of the forcast for this weekend but we need to start somewhere. I don't think we need to plan an all day thing, just a get together in the afternoon or evening for lunch or dinner and some conversation.
