Bring it back?? I'd just leave it there. First they mess up by wrecking your new car. Now they try to fix it and it still looks like crap?? I'd seriously see about having someone else fixing it correctly and giving the dealership the bill if they can't do the proper repairs. Or maybe see about getting a new car out of this.
