Whats seems to be the most popular component set in contours? I'm looking for the cleanest sound for under $200 (just for front stage no rear fill).
They need to play down to ~125hz and handle about 35-70 watts RMS preferably (i have a small 2 channel crossfire amp(35w X2 @4ohm 70x2 2ohm)).
Also, what is the best place to mount the tweeters? I'll probably get an adapter baffle for the 6.5" components in the stock door speaker location, but the tweeters would still need to mounted separately. I was thinking mount it in the little triangles on the inside of the door behind the side mirrors....Qforms are out of the question unless i can get them cheap, i also don't like the idea of giving precious up leg room. I'm a big guy and need all the room i can get to be comfortable
