Turned out it was a vacum hoses that some how got in touch with the exhaust. So it was only like a 36 dollar charge. Sorry it took so long to get back to everyone on this problem. 98 Contour SE Sport Loaded, leather, manual Sony Xplod CD player KKM Induction Kit SVT Exhaust
