Kuafman: contasting paint is used only in high performance vehicles to make them more visible to slower cars. It basically says "Get out of my way! I'm wicked fast!!" Take the new Ferrari Enzo, it's yellow for a reason. Now, when you add contasting paint to a Honda Del Sol, throw in some BMW emblems, some Lexus tail lights, and a Dogde stripe, you get a high performance Millineum Edition that should not be taken lightly.

(Of course this is sarcasm, I didn't write the captions on those pics, I merely posted them. I can spell 'contrasting'. I in no way meant to compare the new Enzo to this eyesore, either.)
