Yes, yes, yes!

Everyone on the forum thinks it's "throttle hang", but it's not. This is a *problem*, not an annoyance.

My 1999 SVT has done it intermittently every summer. Everything's fine until--some hot and humid day--I do a lot of driving with the AC on, and WHAM!--major throttle problems! (Not only don't the RPMs drop when I put in the clutch, they sometimes increase. This is very annoying and dangerous. Funny though, once I come to a stop, the RPMs drop down to idle.)

I've had my car in a half-dozen times. They have replaced the idle control unit twice, reset the computer, etc. Each time they think they have fixed it because the problem isn't there when they test it. Of course, they test it when the car is relatively cold, not when it's hot (which is when the problem occurs).

Any ideas????
