TedS_dup1 CEG\'er T Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 63	there is no reason you can't up and switch to a full synthetic oil right away. Ford reccomends 5W30 for the duratec. There is a heated debate over what oil to run in this very forum. I run Mobil1 5W30 on the street. I may think about running redline 30 weight oil on the track if I ever run this car on the track.
