Rich's 99 SE Junior Member R Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 11 California	I was driving the other day with my contour, and have had no previous dash problems, and I hit a speed bump at a "medium" speed which is when my defroster popped right out, is this caused by the dash warping? if so, how can I tell? It seems to be coming apart from the window, but not too much. I tried snapping it back into place but failed miserably... Please Help! yes...take it to your dealer and they'll repair or replace for free -neal 99 SVT...modified 96 GL....the beater "I live my life a quarter mile at a time. The free recall is good for one year from the date of the letter.... So mine is up about a half-inch at the pass side defrost and rattles... Prolly around Jan I will ask for fix... (I DO worry about my "pushed closer to the dash steering wheel being a compication?? in dash replacement?? anybody have a clue if it really will be a problem? It's moved about 2" closer to the dash. One beat'99 Tropic Green SVT
