Adding O2 to your motor would create a violant explosion in the combustion chamber that would destroy your engine.

Here some ancient history/trivia on this subject... Mickey Thompson used to race a funny car mustang and pinto all over the country in the early-70s. During the off-season, he experimented with one of his cars to run with a pair of liquid oqygen bottles coupled directly to the blower intake. He never raced the setup, but his testing made it into several car mags at the time. The extra HP was impressive, but the weight and pressure regulation problems were be too difficult to manage in race conditions.

Oh my god!!!! Liquid oxy in a oily greasey engine bay- it's a wonder Mickey Thompson didn't die in a large ball of flames!!!
I work around aircraft and oil / grease and liquid oxy are a big no no......

I still think that if we were to use a few 12v cooling fans from a computer to draw in cool air to the intake in some fashion. That would certianly limit or eliminate heat soak issues. Probably sound pretty cool too, knida like a blower or something.
