I don't know if this has been talked about, but what if you were to have a tube that was hooked up to dry ice and ran to your open air intake. My friend and I were just dicussing this tonight and I thought it was a great idea. Just wondering is anyone has tried such a thing, I'm sure it would give you a fairly large HP boost. Maybe something else that would work is to have a tube running from the fender or the front of the car, and have a little container in the pipe itself and put a chunck of dry ice in it. Then have that pipe running to the filter, kind of similar to what some people have done, but the air would be a $hit load colder. Anyways what are your guys thoughts on this. I'm just curious.. how about like a small O2 tank.. instead of opening up all the way, just open it up very little.. So it would be like driving in lower altitudes. Maybe you could have a computer regulate it, so you don't fry your engine. Remember this is why we're at war! The reason nitrous oxide is used over pure oxygen is that the nitrous is a more stable compound especially at the high temperatures and pressures found inside the engine.
