BTW down my street is a brand new G35 with darker than limo tint all around and half his front windshield is tinted. I"m going to take a picture of it and put it in my car and show the next police officer that pulls me over it and ask him why doesn't he stop that car.

just to be clear - i think its ridiculous for a cop to pull someone over JUST FOR tint.....What a waste of time and effort. There are crimes going on everywhere where the city can use the cop's help.....but instead they pull people over giving young kids a hard time, profiling or what not.....I'm still a little bitter from my incident because I was going to get a coffee with my fiance - where the coffee place was in a bad part in town and my car looked "typical" even though I did absolutely nothing wrong.
However, I have come to realize, if I was a cop, I would suspect the same thing they did.....a car - dark tinted windows, likely to find trouble (although in our cases, they didnt.)
