The bulb is a standard instrument cluster bulb, which you should be able to get at a dealer or auto parts store. The CEL should turn on briefly when you first start the car and then go out. If you don't see it light when you crank the starter, it's probably burnt out or missing.
Code 011 is not a sensor code, it's actually sort of a 'hello, computer alive' code. The actual diag codes should follow this code. When you get the real code # you can look it up
