In my opinion there both RPM dependent!! the Super Charger depends on the RPM's Of the Crank pulley, While the turbo depends on the exhaust gases, Which increas as the rrrr's climb!!!!! So yes they both produce more power as the rrr's climb
But personaly as far as cost Vs. performance
I whould have to go with Vortech!!!! Take the extra money and get header's, Y-pipe, aquamist and quife and the turbo whould be left in the dust!!!! But the turbo is still a nice option, Just a lil costly
