On average: The turbo kit will pump out ~25 more HP and atleast ~50 more TQ at the wheels. Also it does this throughout the entire powerband, not just peak.
Also the turbo kills the S/C in low & midrange torque (since boost is not rpm dependant!)

Both setups run ~9psi.

The turbo comes with an intercooler, SS headers, SS downpipe, and a few other goodies for that extra CHUNK of change.
