Yes the turbo is more expensive. Yes the bugs in the Vortech have been worked out. However, there won't be any bugs in the turbo...thats why they're taking their time with it now. No Jackson doesn't make a kit for the Contour. The HP gains are similar but the TQ gains differ. The TQ gain from the turbo is substantially larger than from the Vortech. The Vortech runs at 9psi. I don't know if the intercooler with the turbo is more or not. 300hp is what the Vortech gives you, per say. To get that to the wheels though you'll need a fair amount more, but its doable. Cost wise, I'm not sure what the turbo is up to now but you could find out by looking through the thread. Micah (a CEG member) offers the Vortech kit for I believe around $3100 but has a group buy going on right now and is looking for more people. It's on the 2nd page in the Group Buy section if you're interested, I think.
