My point is the stock battery moved to the rear doesn't give the car a faster 1/4 mile.

It changes the handling (Depending on skills, this can be a positive or negative)

It does not make the car lighter, but slightly heavier.

Now if you put a lighter battery in, you will accel quicker (whether the battery is in front or rear).

If moving the battery allows the install of a better intake, you may be faster.

If it makes your stereo amps work better (Heavy speakers and amps slow you down anyway), fine.

If you like to mod your car because you like to mod your car, this is o.k. too.

But moving the stock battery to the rear does not make the car faster.
