I've got some! Utah is cooler because it has its own beaches that surround salt water.

One point.

Said lake is the largest salt water lake in North America.

Another point.

That lakes average depth is 13-24 feet. It covers, on average, 1,000 sq mi.

Another point.

This lake is actually TWO lakes because of a railroad bridge that was built across it. The bridge was designed to let water flow freely between the sides, it didn't work, so we have, actually, two salt water lakes.

Another point.

The south half of the lake has a salt content of about 5-10%. You will float without even trying.

Another point.

The north half of the lake, since it is so much smaller then the south half, and has no way to let its minerals out, has a MUCH higher salt content. There are so many minerals in the north half that its salt content, IIRC, is between 25-30%!

Another point.

The north half of the lake is red!

Ten points!!!

We also have a salt plant, Morton Salt, IIRC, so Utah actually supplies parts of the rest of the country with salt. We are feeding you guys because you suck!

Another point.

This salt lake was once a much larger lake, Lake Bonneville, and it was 305m deep!

Another point.

You can see the old water levels on the mountains.

Another point.

And when the ancient lake Bonneville left, it gave us a gift. The Bonneville salt flats.

Another point.

People race cars at extremely high speeds on these salt flats! You may have heard of them?

Thats worth about 30 points.

The salt flats are flat enough that you can actually see the curve of the Earth.

1,000 coolness points!

Oh, and gambling is less then two hours away from Jared. Hes in SLC, and Wendover is only about two hours from SLC.

Another five points.

So, that gives Utah 1,055 coolness points!!!! We kick ass!

Oh, and I have fresh donuts. So I am now cooler. I am going to eat one, then go install my tweeters in my Contour.

Oh, and on an unrelated donut note...

Slightly stolen from the Standard Examiner:

Autoliv ordered 600 Krispy Kreme delights, received 7,200 instead! It was a clerical error by the Krispy Kreme employee. They thought that Autoliv wanted 600 dozen! Krispy Kreme actually billed Autoliv a partial bill for the extra 550 dozen. Autoliv gave those away to public safety personnel. Half a dozen Krispy Kreme employees worked through the night prior to the 9-11 delivery to get the donuts ready.

By noon yesterday, each of the 7,200 donuts had gone to good homes.

Since they gave away donuts, that makes Autoliv way cool.

50 points.

Autoliv makes airbag parts that are in your Contour, so, if you wreck your Contour, Autoliv, and Utah own you!

LOL @ Jon. Oh man this will be fun.

You have the "Great" Salt Lake: -500 points

We have Lake Havasu. Maybe you've heard of it. Does spring break ring a bell?

Guess what's at Lake Havasu...the London Bridge. That's right...it was disassembled brick-by-brick, shipped here and rebuilt. I'm sticking my tongue out at you.

We have PIR (Phoenix International Raceway). Many sanctioned racing events are held there from NASCAR to Le Mans class.

Also, we have Firebird Raceway. It's an NHRA track.

Heard of the World Series? Guess where the 2001 champs are...you guessed it!

We're more centrally located to other fun stuff than UT. San Diego - 5 hour drive. LA & Hollywood - 5 1/2 hour drive. Tijuana - 5 1/2 hour drive

And last, but not least, we have a logo:

You have been officially own3d!!

Arizona has nothing but dust and lizards and extremely mean girls . End of story. Utah has the greatest skiing in the world, and a desert an hour away from brighton ski resort, at the same time of the year. We have twice as much recreational oppurtunitys then arizona.

P.S. Jon, its under an hour and a half with me driving! muahahaha

But you you have your own personal logo?

And how do you explain it to your kids. Santa drives a sleigh, but there is no snow?

If memory serves me correctly, back on Jan. 4, 1896 Utah became a state. The 45th one in the union. Arizona held out till later (because they suck), waiting until Feb. 14, 1912, making it the 48th state. Just in numbers we own you. All you own is Alaska and Hawaii. So you are third to the end. AK, HI, and AZ all share borders with either the ocean or another country. That is just begging to be invaded! You have to worry about Mexico, Alaska has to worry about Canada, and, during a cold winter, invasion from Russia. That doesn't even bring into the subject of invasion from sea people, something which I think Hawaii should be very worried about!

But I would think that the tracks on the sled will wear out faster on sand. How does that sled sound when its running across those red tile rooftops that you have there? How does Santa even get in the house? With it being that hot, you wouldn't need a fireplace.
