I am running the Zex Universal Kit #82011 (dry, 75HP shot).
Purchased my Flip-chip directly from Superchips. Cost for flip chip was $525. Cost for dyno runs $100. Two programs custom burned; 1) Street - tuned from my ECU code and dyno plots for maximum performance on 92 octane gas (they also took into account I would be running colder plugs) 2) Strip - tuned for max performance for a 75HP shot on 92 octane gas
Stock, a MTX zetec runs about a 17s 1/4 mile. With my only major mods being intake and exhaust (to go along with my chip and nos) I run a 15.0xx 1/4 mile.
A 2 second drop in the 1/4 is damn good, especially considering that Zex rates their HP shot at the crank not at the wheels (like NOS, Edelbrock, and a few others).
Most of the Honda's and other lightly moded 4-cylinders see about a 1.5 second drop.
So I would say the chip was worth it to me to get the extra 0.5 second drop. Only problem with it is that I'll have to have it reburned after a few more mods.

Sleeper, I'm installing my kit right now but I'm unclear on where the regulator and intake hoses go...Do I remove the fuel pressure regulator and connect the regulator hose from it and the intake where the fuel pressure regulator was previously???

The Zex "Nitrous Management Unit" (NMU for short) goes inline with the hose coming off the fuel pressure regulator (FPR for short). Pull the hose off the FPR, but not the other connection. Run a length of the included hose from the FPR to the NMU connector labeled "Regulator". Then run another length of hose from the NMU connector labeled "Intake" to where the other side of the original hose is still connected (I think it a T connector).
It should go like this;
FPR---------->NMU---------->Intake Manifold

when i reinstalled my zex kit in my new car i realized what a pain in the ass all the vacuum lines were, and i had lost all of mine, so i just ripped the box apart and used the solenoid, and wired it up for push button activation press button = on release button = off works really well, at least when the line isnt being grounded out and melted
