Going back to normal is fine, but what about those who CAN'T go back to normal? The ones who have a $2000 mortgage and no longer have an income to pay it? Those who have an empty seat at the table, and always will? Those who were born afterwards, and will never know the person that made them? Normal is fine, but we can't forget those who can't go back to normal ever again.

I didn't turn on TV at all. I can't look at any of that any more, it hurts too much.

there was an awful lot of coverage as expected yesterday but i think it was understandable....i found myself angry when i flipped channels and found that upn had given up 911 coverage for montel williams.... i did catch a few interesting programs meanwhile...on cbs there was the story of a couple of french brother filming one of the fire dept crews and investigative reports did a really good story on why the towers themselves actually fell; about how the structures failed i wondering when the lawsuits are gonna start...and im wondering why did it take such an act to get people patriotic again

Oh man, that should be required viewing for every citizen over the age of 14. That is the most complete coverage of the events as they unfolded. Remember the only video of the first plane hitting? That's where it came from. Lots of footage from inside the WTC lobby during the collapse. Nearly brought me to tears again yesterday, especially when they showed the FDNY carrying Father Judge's body away from WTC.

Good post and all, but unless you are putting mortgage on a Mystique, can you even get a 2,000 dollar mortgage?

Is there a link to this footage? I'm going hunting for it right now,I guess. I'd like to see it.
EDIT I think I found it; link for those who haven't seen that footage.
