About the grille, I did it myself. I just used the contour badge off the back of the car, removed the ford symbol, then replaced it with the contour. Then i used gutter gaurd type stuff and formed a grill on top of that. I personally like it since I haven't seen anyone else with it. But I did this a while ago, so I wouldn't mind if someone else did it now.
