Well, I did notice a difference in the higher rpms, and I did this mod to ensure that the engine would not grenade on me in the near future. It has 55,000+ on the odometer, though IIRC the rebuilt engine was installed at ~38,000. I still have a year to pay on it, so it has to last at least that long...
