Went to do the fog light mod on Mysty today.... But the harness has different colored wires than the diagram says on fordcontour.org... Does anyone who has done the mod on a mystique know which wires to splice? Thanks a bunch!

Ive done the mod...my wires are the same colors You should have posted this earlier...I had the whole panel out in that area, I could have looked at what places the wires are in the socket. On a side note, the fog lamp indicator in the headlamp switch went out on my car, anyone know how much and what the part number for this is? Also I need the one that lights up the headlamp switch itself...thanks, and if I decide to tear it apart again, I'll look for you.

Thanks, I've got a bunch of red wires... And not enough Orange ones! And the orange ones seem so thin.... Argh, I've got my panel off until I figure out how to do this

Edit: BTW, you're might be different... Our cars are 4 years apart, I think I've got a diff. harness...

The wiring did change as the years went on. The relay should have remained the same though. Check the location of the "affected wires" and work back from there.
