be serious it wouldn't be that hard to get 36hp for $2000.port and polish the intake,larger trottle bodies,chip it,free flow exhaust,CAI,unorthodox pulleys,adjustable cam gears,etc.that would put you within grabbing distance of 200hp, or you could save for the turbo
