Open element intake, SVT UIM, SVT LIM, SVT TB, catback system, optimized Y-pipe, punch precats, straight pipe on main cat section, etc... That should be less than $2k, strip the interior it'll give you some extra push. You might even have extra cash to spend in an APEXi S-AFC. You should be at or over 200bhp consider that's basically what the SVT has. All you're short of is the extrude honed heads, higher compression, cams, and little more aggressive computer; but you'll probably make it up with the optimized Y-pipe, punched precats, hi-flow main cat, catback, and the APEXi S-AFC.
