Hey there is a guy on ebay that has an electric supercharger for sale. He says it will fit any three inch intake tube and add on about for inches too it. It boosts up to 240 CFM and 150 CFM under no load. Im an by far no expert at forced induction...any ideas comments?

Those fans are just home A/C duct booster fans or Marine bilge vent fans. They develop NO pressure at 240 CFM and very little (Like 0.04 PSI) at 140 CFM.

Don't even waste your time. The draw more power from you car then they give an are probably a restriction in the intake under any circumstances.

Here's the real deal. Real gains, but nothing like a super or turbocharger. On the site, they call it "E-Ram," as in ram-air. Brad Noon (bnoon) actually used one at one time.

Avoid the E-bay auctions. There are several that make wild claims that just aren't true.

The Eram pushes 750 CFM to make .5-1 psi, = about 9 HP on my used-to-be-stock SE. That thing at 150-240 CFM would be a restriction of flow, even when it's turned on. wink

Hey, i was wondering if i rean two tubes from where the air intake resonator parts came off to under the front bumper and put one of those 240cfm fans at the end of each, would that do anything. Sorry if this is dumb, but it just seems like it might be a neat idea.

Don't bother contacting them. They are only interested in OEM'ing it to diesel buses. frown
