Ok, I'm wanting to put a shift light in my '98 CSVT. Has anyone done this with out adding a second tach? If so is there some info that can be shared with me so I know what I need to buy and what I need to wire it in to.

Thanks, Mat

I bought the autometer shift light, very, very nice. I installed it in the left heater vent, as did Sam in his S/Ced tour. I recommend that one. Pretty easy install too.

Did you pay the $150 bucks for the Autometer "lightbulb" or did you pay less than that? I thought it was ridiculously high.

Where do you splice into to run it? Is it at the back of the tack? under the hood?
