well i have been using the stock TB for the past month and a bit, because the mustang TB does not bolt up to the non SVT UIM at ALL after spending a few hours modifying it i finally have it on there and working, a big improvment over stock, and with the ported out TB opening on the UIM, it really sucks
but it was not easy by any stretch of the imagination, i had to scavenge a spring off my old TB to use with this one, because the spring on the new one is reversed, and right now the cable is being wired up to the TB lever with wire cause there is nowhere to slip it on
will post pics tommorow, looks pretty sweet.. broke off some idle control thing in the process though, will post pics of that too cause it is throwing a code and screwing up my idle, not sure how to fix it..
will also get my car dynoed soon, never dynoed before hope to hit some decent numbers and tune my AFC

Actually it has shown losses on the dyno on even moderately modified SVT's. If I were you Kris I'd get a before and after dyno. When I put it on last fall it felt like a million bucks. It slowed my car down a lot in reality. I was quite modified (& an SVT to boot) at the time.

It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.

I installed the SVT TB on my SE and it felt bogged low. It did feel stronger up high but it wasn't worth it for me.

I have an otimized SVT TB sitting in my garage, I tried to put on it and it wasn't a direct bolt on so it sits. How did you get yours to work? I got with some other stuff and it was cheap, so I never really looked into it, but now that I'm being reminded, and winter is comming..
