just a question will these fenders fit on a 95 tour? 
00 Black SVT: Removed res, kvr drilled silver cad rotors, c/f pads, 5% tint all around, kenwood cd player, 2 pyle 12" subs, 2 kenwood 6X9's behind seats 800w logic and 1000w pyle amps\
95 GL MTX:needs tranny evo kit on the way (hopefully)

if they are only made for the 98+ tours then no, cuz the body lines are different around the headlights.

will do/pay just about anything for the following parts:
CF sunroof glass replacement
OEM CF trunk
Non OEM style cf or fiberglass hood not the cf1 design

I have seen several NECO members posting about how long it took to have the fenders finally delivered and being told that they were all shipped and then that it would be another week and then when they finally recievd product the packages were beat up pretty badly etc, etc.
I also have seen a few recent posts about quality concearns of the fenders being too thin. Check out NECO and read the posts for yourselves.
I have never seen these in person and have never dealt with this company first hand so I have no personal comment on the company or product. Just wanted to give a heads up to what I've seen posted at NECO

so, is this still happening? in january, is the group buy gonna end or will it be continous, i think these would look great with the new body kit, but have to pay for kit, hood if it comes out first, and then i could get the fenders. (guess i'll just get whole car repainted)
