If you have to ask, you can't afford.

It's not even remotely worth trying.

Waaaay cheaper to buy a new car with a V6 and do a 3L swap on that.

Not if you got a deal like mine. I could have gotten the SVT tranny along with the 3L hybrid for maybe $200 more. I would have bought it if I didn't have the tranny rebuilt less than 10k. It's still cheaper than buying another car that will offer the comparable performance. But then again, I'm doing the swap myself so I don't have to pay something like $3k for labor.

I was just wondering because I was in an accident and wanted to do some mods. not sure how much will be getting but assuming will be a nice chunk of change, after all the crap I weny thru. I can probably get the labor free at my friends shop. so would it still be too much?
