SKWAT_dup1 CEG\'er S Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 165 Northern Virginia	I use moble 1 oil with one of those Fram x2 oil filters wich can go 7,000 mi between oil changes. I change my oil every 6,000 with this setup and it seems to do just fine. I figure it is better than a Jiffy Lube job every 3k mi, cheaper too. Mystique LS
