Hey Simon,
I installed an SVT mount on my old SE V6 (1995). All you have to do is shave the insides of each mounting hole so that each bolt can go through the hole. As far as I could tell there wasn't any stiffness given up by doing this. All you need is a good drill and a big drill bit. Email me at rknauber@yahoo.com if you need more assistance.

I bought the front and rear (I also bought the damn ES insert for the front!) and just tried fitting it on but the bolts on it are closer together then my stock one so it won't fit in the holes on the subframe!!!! mad
I have NEVER seen any sort of "warning" or statement stating that they only fit 98+ tours! Have you?? Everything I have seen states 95-00 like here at spmotorsports

Has anyone used the SVT FRONT mount on a pre-98??
