Haven't had to replace any of mine yet, but I think there is a FAQ or how-to on this off the CEG home page. Not a lot of choices except for SVT mounts which are stiffer. Don't know if that includes the one your talking about. IIRC, the one on the bottom that attaches to the sub frame requires a small jack and block of wood to lift/support the engine while the mount if pulled & replaced. Hope this helps.
