Yep it's your secondaries opening up. The car is a 24V DOHC. Below 3900 RPM (normal acceleration) the secondaries remain closed to give more torque. Above this they open to give more air flow and power. Under wide open throttle situations (WOT) the secondaries open at 3400 RPM. Have fun with your new toy!
