Has anyone ever had their parking brake light come on when accelerating through turns? This has become an normal thing in my car lately. The first time it happened I was accelerating through an on-ramp (right hand turn)and in the corner of my eye I saw a light flash on and thought it was the check engine light. With all the failures of engines in this situation, lets just say that I soiled my shorts. After taking a better look at the lights in my dash (since I have never had a CEL before) I realized what it was.

Comments/advice please, getting ready to bring her in for some work before the warranty runs out at the end of the month (and to install my DMD )

Light also acts as low brake fluid warning. Check level but it may have just been sloshing about on those wicked turns.

Thanks horseydug, appreciate it. I will check the fluid level and see if it is low.

Thats probably what it is, Also if it's that low, make sure you check your brakes, it might be time to change 'em. The smaller your brake shoes and pads get the emptier your brake fluid gets.

Yeah, I was already planning on doing that, my pads should be arriving from Stazi any day now!
