ok guys, i got a reply from Dean - he says October 5, 26, an any saturday in November is open right now.

My vote - october 26th......Applefest being the weekend before - the 19th.

Also FYI - to those who are just going to go and hang out, it's free...obviously - minus the money Dean will charge you if you want lunch....he'll cook it and its all you can eat. Last time it was $5.....
