Yep, that's all there is to it. The two screws on top of the speedo are the worst. Get a long extension and one of those worn screw-getter-outer thingys from Sears and they'll come out. I tried for hours by hand and nothing doing! Finally had to drill one out.
Just make sure you have one of those really stubby heads and you're good to go.
