use fishing line to wedge under the badges.. pull back to raise the edge enough to grip with your fingers.
Use hands to pull the rest off. (being sure to spy underneath for any faded paint/clearcoat overspray, etc, that you may not could hide, if uncovered..)
If there is anything that you don't like underneath, put it back on, unless you plan on repainting anyway.
if not, pull it off, slowly.
Use GooGone, or WD40, etc, to loosen the leftover gunk and rub it off with a wrag-wrapped finger.
Be forewarned, the appearance of blisters is common, and mostly unavoidable.
The same steps apply for the door ding strips..
