I just got my Aussie bar installed and it makes the squeaking noise all the time. Is this normal or do I have to wait for it to settle in. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is a common problem with polyurethane bushings. Buy yourself some marine grease and whack it on the inside of the bushings and re-install. The little bit of grease you got with the kit is not enough.

As he said, grease grease grease! THe new bars came with a grease points so that you don't have to take them off later!

Andy W. The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
