I remember reading a post about BAT ran out of the Control Arms with horizontal bushings? Anyone can confirm this?

Are the horz bushing type control arms pressed on or can they be switched easily. Mine are completely detorated

Mine are completely detorated The bushings aren't replaceable without getting a whole new control arm. The arms aren't pressed on, but I certainly don't call their replacement easy. If you're just worried about bushings, SHO-Shop offers quite a few urethane bushings for Contour suspension. You may want to try them.

So are you saying theyare not replacable on the 95-98 or are they replacable.

No one has replacement bushings for the control arms. You have to buy the entire arms.
