i bought a stock 98 svt and I plan on spending $2000 on modifications. I need some advice. What would you do?

BAT suspension - ~700.00 MAF with k+n on the end - ~300.00 y-pipe - ~250.00 exhaust - ~650.00
Old - 95.5 SE with lot's of mods. New - 98 Black SVT with few mods.
