Our 99 SE had tilt, cruise, PW, PDL, int wipers, rear defrost, AM/FM Cass and A/C all standard if I remember correctly.
(FYI when I went to put on the Audi side marker lights, under the "SE" badge was a perfectly shaped hole in which the lights fit in. I got mine from APC, and I had to just widen the hole a tiny bit. But in case anyone else is considering this, that made it pretty easy. Then just ran the 2 wires up into the engine compartment and tapped into the blinker wires)
