Wow! Crank windows are kind of rare in these cars!

You need to find a junk yard for all the parts you'll need, or you can visit http://www.autoloc.com/ and download their catalog to get an idea of what you'll need...

Otherwise, from the junkyard, you'll need the power window motor/regulator assemblies and the interior door panels and switches, as well as whatever wiring harnesses are missing from the car. I'll bet it's a doable project but a pain in the rear.

As for the seatbelt, the junkyard is again the best source, but make sure the belt was not stressed in an accident or it'll be useless in a crash. I don't think black is findable, but the midnight blue from an SVT might be close enough for you. I don't recommend trying to dye a seatbelt to a different color.

I have a friend that owns a radio/alarm shop, and he has an aftermarket power window conversion kits that he sells. Try asking aroung ad some alarm/radio shops. Should run about $75-100 a window.

Andy W. The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I did this on my 1980 Cutlass Supreme. It really isn't a PITA once you get going. I hope you're good with electronics and wiring.
Check the classifieds here. Someone was parting out 2 1995 Contour GL's. Great guy, really fast shipping, I bought the center console and some other little stuff, plus he accepts paypal. E-mail him at ALJF@mhonline.net with your zip code and what you need and he'll email you back a quote with shipping.

More than likely the wiring is already in the door! New cars come pre wired and it isn't decided till later if they will get power or not!

Thats true, I remeber someone saying all the wires for the power seats are in our cars also. I know in my Cutlass at least all the holes and everything were there, Luckily the window cranks were in the same place the swiches went becuase the interior colors were different.
Yes I've owned 3 Cutlass Supremes back to back.
