Didn't want to stick my nose in here but I need to add something positive for Terry. When I had my install work done by him he was a very pleasant man to deal with from the very beginning. He called me almost every night that he had my car and gave me an update on what he did that day. The price he quoted me from the beginning never changed and was very, very close at the end of the work.

I have heard the story about this other customers problems and feel sorry for all the trouble he has gone through. But from a personal aspect I have great respect for Terry and the work he does on a daily basis. Just my 2c...

The customer collected his car after the repair on 6/15/02,at the same time he was given a refund check which he accepted...there is nothing more to add.

when was spring zing? cause thats when his car broke down. Did he have time to inspect the work while you were there? did you think the refund was far?

I think what I am trying to figure out is this.

(1)Do you think you treated this customer with your best service?

(2) the service he got is the same that everyone else would get?

(3) do you use thoughs plastic hoses anymore?

(4)do you have the bulldog box on your car? if not why?
