i've used hp's 24 hr service, as well as my southwestern bell's dsl 24 hr service many times.
I'm guessing that "the customer" doesn't want to air any of this because the issue has not yet been resolved? If he were to attack Terry or defend himself, it could make his resolving of his tranny problem worse?
I hope that more info gets released when all is said and done. Whenever someone has a bad dealing with SPMotorsports, local Ford dealer, etc., they post their disgust with the service, kind of like a heads up. Ultimately, it's up to the rest of us to make our own judgements.
