How many times do I have to tell you I'm not talking about the freaking transmisison, or the repairs of it!!!!!!!!!!! I'm talking about you dragging him through the mud on an issue UNRELATED to the transmissions!!! ie the DMD he had and its origin. If you want to answer the "attacks" on you and your business, go for it, be my guest, but stick to that issue, and don't bring up stuff that has nothing to do with the transmisison issue. I don't know how I can make that any clearer.

I know you are pissed at this customer, and I know he is pissed at you over tihs whole transmission issue, but you are the only one intentionally dragging the other's name through the mud because you are pissed, highly unprofessional, IMHO. This customer has requested those that know about the trans issue to not say a word, because it is between you and him.

As far as your repair record, fantastic, great for you, but that is NOT what I'm talking about, and I don't know why you can't see that.

This customer has not attacked you, at the very least not publicly, nor has he asked anyone else to, and for you to suggest otherwise is completely unprofessional. You claim he has attacked you "a supplier" even though he hasn't, and then you turn around and attack him over somehting not even related to the transmission argument.
