I have fully read this thread, and I did see what was said, and if you want to respond to slim's comments, go for it, but don't drag the customer through the mud on somehting he had no control over.
as for the trans issue, you might be surprised as to my thoughts on the issue (judging from the way you have responded to my posts) but I refrain from posting them, because of the respect I have for both you and the customer in question, both of which I would consider a friend to some degree.
I think the customer in question has shown great restraint in not posting the entire ordeal, AND in asking others that are aware of the situation to not make public comments about it, but you see fit to drag him through the mud over completely different things that were beyond his knowledge or control, simply because you are pissed at him; how's that for objective?
