Because i figured plastic hoses would eventually split or break from the heat and pressure, I couldn't see using plastic hoses for tranny fluid when every tranny line is aluminum, i mean maybe in a pinch you could use plastic or if your doing a tranny job and don't like the customer you would give him plastic hoses and say yeah they'll hold up to pressure NO PROBLEM they'll never break :rolleyes:
