IMO 18" rims are not going to make that much on a difference on a dyno unless the rim/tire combo is tremendously heavier then stock.
The extra weight of the 2 spinning rims will definitely be noticed, but not as drastically as when actually driving the car. (4 rims, actually pulling the car, etc)
Also if the rims are larger in circumference then stock it will actually slightly raise your numbers (taller gears = higher dyno numbers - shorter gears = lower dyno numbers) compared to an equal weight stock diamter rim/tire combo.
I do think ~170FWHP is good estimate if the smaller rim/tire combo is that much lighter...
Either way 160+ FWHP is a good showing for a normal Duratec...
The torque seems a bit low for a normal Duratec IMO...
I'll agree that is likely the heavy rims rearing their ugly head! (large, heavy rims suck IMO!)
