Dates, fees and schedule of events should be done by the end of January-first week of February...

I think BEER is on you, but us CEG'ers like to share! Fees are for banquet, t-shirts, and all the other goodies that go along with the meet. I would really like to come. We'll see what happens.

I am happy to report that we are almost finished with the Hotel/Banquet booking. You guys will be very pleasently surprised once you come to the front doors of the Hotel that you will be staying at. Once the deal gets finalized in the next few days, I will post pics of the Hotel and the general area...
